Avy bed covered, so far - so good...
Just installed this cover today. I'd been looking for a replacement of my OEM cover that was faded and no longer water tight, in-fact one of the sections was waterlogged. I liked the idea of a hard cover that could fold out of the way without removal like the OEM. I found this one on several sites and watched for a couple months. This is what I've found for pluses & minuses (and I realize I'm being picky):
+ Amazon has best price when they have units in stock.
+ shipping was very fast, ~3 days.
+ Install very easy and quick, <1hr.
+ Worked fine on my 2003 Avalanche, I think Amazon listing has a mistake on years covered.
+ The cover is structurally sound.
- Support rails a little flimsy, but does the job.
- The included directions are not very detailed or correct for Avalanche install, I would recommend watching 2 good YouTube videos specific to Avalanche install.
- Hardware was missing one large washer.
