First the Amazon Prime review. They get 5+ stars. They were more than great. My refrigerator was damaged in shipping by FedEx. I filed a claim, they denied it and Amazon was out of stock and offered to take it back and pay the shipping. A week later, Amazon got another one in stock and after a very pleasant conversation with a CS rep, Amazon shipped me a brand new one, in perfect condition, which arrived (much to my surprise) at 10 am the very next morning delivered by UPS.
