Nice unit, but you better be a mechanic
I bought this unit with a 60 gallon sub-base tank (optional), and also ordered a transfer switch (optional), exhaust kit (optional) and maintenance kit (optional) along with it. Shipping was free to a freight forwarder, but I paid extra to have it shipped to my house on a liftgate truck. The generator unit (mounted on the base tank and plumbed) arrived first, in just a few weeks. Came completely wired with main breaker and with generator control unit. No word on the rest of the items, despite emails to the sales person for weeks and weeks. Multiple calls to the sales person were not returned. Finally I asked for a supervisor, but the sales person who answered took care of shipping all the remaining items out that day, and gave me tracking numbers. That was a good day. All parts arrived within about a week. Suggest you use Armando (the hero) as your sales person, and try to avoid Amanda. To her credit, Amanda apologized and sent me a free extra maintenance kit.
