Not quite all it could be. Biggest problem: First fold does not stay folded with wind factor (add strap/clip on third row), Second, could be closer to cab since it does not move once locked in up position (make stationary flap smaller), Third, back seal against tailgate gets caught when gate is closed (may be better with half/round rubber instead of flat edge). Overall very sleek and functional
