One of the very best car subwoofers available
Over the years I have listened to many subwoofers. Some were in other people's cars and some have been in my car. The Morel Ultimo 12" is the best subwoofer I have ever heard. The bass is there but the sound is transparent, i.e., it doesn't sound like a subwoofer is present. There are no artifacts or other clues that alert you to the presence of a subwoofer. The bass notes are reproduced flawlessly and quickly with no lingering "aftertaste". In most car audio systems with a subwoofer, you can immediately tell that a sub is present, but not with the Morel Ultimo 12. In addition, several professional reviewers also noted that the Morel Ultimo 12 was among the best subwoofers they ever heard.
The Morel does not require much room either. I am running it in a box with a net volume of around 1.35 cu. ft. Highly reccomended.
