Fantastic quality and customer service, but check the parts before install
I got the this for my 2012 Dodge Ram 2500 CTD Mega Cab 4x4. Everything was great but the sway bar end link extensions were incorrect for my truck. This was confirmed by Rancho who promptly sent out the proper extensions (10 mm stud as opposed to 12) but I feel like you shouldn't have to worry about a seemingly obvious detail. There is no mention on their website of the error so unless you read my review first, you wouldn't know. My installer says this is a fairly common problem but certainly there is a more effective way to communicate human error to customers. At the end of the day, I love the lift. I opted for the 9000 shocks which are fantastic. On the lowest setting the truck rides like stock. Amazon was by far the best price for this kit.
