Banks IQ battery and great customer service
I got my banks big hoss bundle w/IQ last oct. and i have loved it ever since. Well that is until this summer when it had it plugged it to my truck shut the truck off and ran inside for about 45 mins. when i returned to the truck the battery had swelled up and cracked the case. At first i was upset that my 500 plus Banks IQ had broke thinking that i have had it for 9 months and everyone telling me how bad Gale Banks Engineering's customer service is. So i figured i would call to see what it would cost me for a new one because everyone said that Banks is so horrible. But when i called and told them what had happened they connected me to the tech department who told me to just mail them the broken IQ and the receipt and they would send a new one free of charge. Less than a week later i had my new IQ.

so the only bad thing i can say is something caused the battery to swell but they fixed the problem with out hassle in a timely manner. with a good product and good customer...
