I bought this solar panel kit before taking delivery of my RV and amazingly, they all fit on the roof of my 25' motorhome, but just barely. My nephews attempted to install this system for me -- using limited knowledge of 12 volt electrical systems and no solar expertise. The panels are easy to install, getting the system to work is another matter. There are no real instructions included in this kit.
You will need to add a combiner box, fuses and cable to run from the combiner to the batteries. This was almost another $100 in parts for my RV. A battery monitor is a wise investment, also.
I ended up having to pay an RV solar company to complete the install and add a quality battery monitor. I now have a solar system that will get us thru cold nights (furnance fan runs off battery power) when the days are sunny or we drive over 200 miles. These panels do perform better in lower light and partially shaded conditions than the typical rigid panels.
