good unit
I got this for a replacement b-day gift from my daughter I had picked out at first purchased a simple soft unit that was an absolute disaster to this one instead. .
I was unable to get any support what so ever from simplesoft returned it to Amazon who took it back no hassle, and decided on this one which Ottonavi does Mon thru Fri west coast time answer support phone number they actually have a phone and people did speak English...
The 1st reason I did not give 5 stars is because like any Chinese import no installation instructions it would be nice to have a brief description as to what everything is supposed to do. There is a Mickey Mouse diagram on the unit but it was not translated well into anything for me to really grasp what it meant,
2nd there are 3 plugs one for premium sound one for standard sound and a power and control plug. Kind of a generic harness lots of unused wires for my application .
3rd there was a pink wire labeled SPEED? Nothing anywhere...
