Excellent Value for the price
I have been looking for a Plasma Cutter for my home shop use. Bigger is always better when it comes to these so I went with the LTP8000. First one arrived very quickly but would not strike an arc. After calling tech support Lotos decided to send me a replacement unit. Second unit arrived and worked perfectly. Not sure if the first one was a fluke or if it was dropped hard during shipping but you have to expect some bad ones from time to time. Heck, I purchased a Lincoln Electric MIG welder last year and the first unit was DOA so you can't blame China made products. Lincoln now makes many of their welders in Mexico and China. My MIG welder came from Mexico based on it's serial number. So don't hesitate buying products made in China. Many US manufactures are also off-shoring as well. So I gave it a 5-Star as All Companies have an Occasional DOA, but it is the way their customer service handled my case is what is key.
