Great A/C
Had to replace the Brisk-Air 13,500 BTU A/C on my 1991 31' Coachman a while back. It was the original, and lasted almost 20 years before it finally died. Replaced with same model (same A/C as listed here, but bought it--barely used--from an RV Technician). Recommend professional cleaning of the evaporator coil on a regular basis, if you use the RV a lot, and very often (every few months) if you have cats in your RV. Dogs don't shed as much airborne dander as cats, at least I've heard, so they shouldn't be a problem. Anyhow, in the past year, the new(-er) Brisk Air I have now runs great. Now, I live in my trailer, in Florida, even in the summer, and this A/C keeps the trailer at about 75-85
