In June 2011 I purchased the Westin 57-2500 HDX stainless steel, very nice grill guard. I have been handicapped for a few years and I have gotten very good at doing things for my self, including installing this grill guard. Because of my limits I could not make the grill guard straight. So I took my truck to the dealership and they finished the job for me. It wasn't perfect so I tried to fine-tune the grill guard myself. This is when the problems began. As I was loosening the four front mounting bolts, all the nuts and bolts are stainless steel, the nuts seized and the bolts snapped. That's right, as I was loosening the nuts and bolts, the nuts began to turn loose and then they seized and then the bolts snapped. I sent 4 emails about one week apart from the prior email to Westin Automotive customer service asking for replacement bolts and to warn them in case the bolts were defective. Westin Automotive failed to respond so I called Westin and while I was on the phone they...
