TJM has slapped their name on a 'Made in China' product, and the lack of high quality tends to show. The part I ordered was the 9k Lb with synthetic line, purchased for the convenience of a wireless remote (*they give you a wired remote, too), and the safety of synthetic line vs. steel rope. The box also contains a polished aluminum hawse fairlead correct for use with synth-line, a huge-by-large hook designed for lifting aircraft carriers from their moorings, heavy gauge wire leads for the connections to the kill switch (also included) and the battery main terminals, and the wireless remote in a small baggie which can get under the winch during shipment and get smashed - more on that later.
